The Challenge
Friuli Venezia Giulia Regional Council
The Regional Council of Friuli Venezia Giulia worked for several years to find a way to make it easier to access the proceedings of its central governing body. They wanted to use a tool that would make it possible to subtitle everything that was said during meetings in real-time.
This tool had to be easy to use, safe and versatile, and it also had to be usable for other socio-cultural activities promoted by the region to engage the public and enhance the territory. The ultimate goal was to stimulate the active participation of the region’s citizens.
Cedat85's Solution
Following discussions with the Regional Council, we identified CABOLO Subtitle as the ideal solution for subtitling the proceedings of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Regional Council in real-time.
CABOLO Subtitle meets the requirements of high precision and portability. The videos are played back directly with embedded subtitles and streamed to the preferred broadcast channel in real-time.
