Luisa is the link between the company and the outside world. This is the voice that on the phone describes Cedat85’s services and products to those who might be interested in using it.

When we met her, Luisa said: “I have been working in Cedat85 for four years as an operator in the company’s Contact Centre. I provide telephone assistance to the customer, I clarify customer doubts, propose services and promote the company’s new products. I generally contact the city councils who do not know us and explain the advantages of our devices”.

Luisa is satisfied: “I am happy to work in Cedat85 because I like the company. I really like the people I work with, they are nice and friendly. The environment is relaxed and pleasant. You work better if you collaborate with positive people”.

As a new mother, she manages work and family duties: “My son is young, he has just turned one. He is settling in and I must say that it’s not easy to part from him but now he too has got used to this new rhythm and I try to enjoy it as much as possible on weekends”.

When we ask her what she enjoys doing when she’s not working she says: “I like to go to the sea, walk on the beach, breathe the breeze. One thing is certain: when I’m not working I turn off the phone!”.
